HICKORY GROVE CABINS are a peaceful getaway nestled in the Hocking Hills and you can enjoy all that the seasons have to offer. Once you realize what a secret treasure lays in Ohio you won't want to vacation anywhere else. Hickory Grove Cabins are privately owned cabins on large wooded acres with majestic Hickory trees and a babbling brook or a large private pond. We have decorated with comfort in mind and our cabins are clean and neat where relaxing becomes inevitable.
Enjoy the secluded Hot Tub on the spacious porch with someone special and snuggle by the fire with a glass of wine for that romantic evening. You can even have meals delivered if you don't want to go out! Pamper yourself with an in cabin massage and bring your favorite music to enjoy.
Each of our seasons in Hocking Hills has it's own charm, from the blooming of life in the SPRING to the hushed soft fall of snow on the roof in WINTER. If you haven't experienced the beauty of a waterfall in WINTER then Hocking Hills is the place for you. The FALL colors are stunning and you would be hard pressed to find a lovelier getaway. There is no end to the beauty that abounds in the forest and on the trails, and you may even make a friend of a deer or two.
Come snuggle in front of the fire in the fireplace with a glass of wine or drowse by the campfire under the stars with hot chocolate in hand and enjoy the scenery year round. Once you get hooked you'll return year after year and revel in the beauty, peace, and quiet.
All of our seasons are spectacular in Hocking Hills. You will want to rent a cabin and come for each of them. Our summers are mild here in Hocking Hills. Spring is like a new start for us all. Come see the trees and flowers showing their faces in the Hocking Hills clean fresh air. In the Fall our trees become colors of splendor and beauty. Winter has it's own charm with gorgeous snow falls and is a great time to come and relax! Bring the family for a Hocking Hills Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Curl up by a fire and take in the wonder of our Hocking Hills views, because you can see for miles. If you haven't seen snow in awhile well, we could just have one of our crystal white Hocking Hills snows. All of what we consider here to be God's country. How do I explain to you the wonder land that is here? I am unable to put it into words, so come and see for yourself.
Hocking Hills is packed with great activities, premier Antique Shopping, Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Rappelling and one of the best fishing lakes in Ohio awaits sportsmen in Hocking County at Lake Logan State Park. The lake sports northernpike, bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish and saugeye. Minimum Stay Requirements
Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights. During the week (Monday-Thursday) single night stays are available. If requesting a Thursday-Friday or Sunday-Monday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. A three night minimum may be required on holiday weekends.

Minimum Age
You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in the cabin with you, in order to rent a cabin.

Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.

Amenities
Occasionally appliances, hot tub, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, the hot tub is sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat,Please abide by the
hot tub procedures, rules, and precautions. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Bugs
Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.

Holidays
Holidays are charged at the weekend rate, and usually have minimum stay requirements (call for exact dates). Holiday weekends always have a three day minimum stay requirement.

Payment
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
A deposit of 50% of rent is required when booking reservation.
A 6% lodging tax is added to the rental rates.

Cancellations
No refund of deposit will be made if a cancellation occurs within 14 day's of the arrival date.
Cancellation prior to 14 days of reservation will incur an administrative fee of $25.00.
NO SHOWS or cancellation the day of the reservation or day prior will be charged the full amount.

Check-In
Check-In is 2:00pm for the Lake View Cabin
Check-In is 3:00pm for the Retreat Cabin
We will work diligently to have your cabin ready for you right at check-in, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required or when your hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund in these situations.

Check-Out
Check-Out is by 11:00am for Lake View Cabin
Check-Out is 12:00pm for Retreat Cabin
Simply clean up, leave the key, and lock the cabin behind you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that each cabin is ready for our guests.

Occupancy.
All of our rates are based on two-person occupancy, additional adults are $10 per night. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the cabin and to the number of guests included in your reservation. We do not allow additional visitors. You will be charged for any additional guests.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Smoking in the cabin will result in a $100 charge.

Pets
Well mannered, house broken pets are allowed only in the Retreat Cabin, and with prior approval. Because of the additional time involved in cleaning the cabin that a pet has stayed in, there is a charge of $25 per pet, per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside with you, and may not be left alone in your cabin unless caged. A maximum of three pets at the cabin are permitted. If pets are found in the cabin not in a cage when unattended there will be a $75 fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fee.
No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to
vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to
follow our rental guidelines and policies.
