"Wonderful stay" 1/6/2009 We stayed for five night over Christmas week and could not have been more pleased with our decision to book here. We have a toddler, so the full kitchen was fantastic for middle of the night snacks (for him and for us!) and we loved having so much space to play and relax.

The cottage was lovingly restored, the fridge was full of goodies for breakfast and the place was immaculate. After a busy day, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever snuggled up in - just what you expect from an excellent b and b. We will be back very soon!

"A Home Away from Home" 11/29/2008
Stayed On: 11/2008 We stayed in the Coastal Seaside Cabana for 5 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Cheryl has beautifully decorated every inch of the property and has thought of everything that you may need or desire. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay, other than your clothes. The wireless internet access was wonderful; we has a strong signal and a fast connection. The satellite tv was also a nice feature; it included all of the "premium" channels such as HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc. The grounds are beautifully kept and there are lots of little nooks for curling up with a book, napping, or a nice meal. The location is great for families and pet owners; there is a large park about a block away with a nice playground and a pet park. The neighborhood is very walkable and the neighbors are all extremely friendly. We will be back!

Stayed On: 10/2008 Charming and beautifully appointed cottages set amongst trees and foliage. One of the owners, Cheryl,personally welcomes guest and immediately makes one feel at home. Her knowledge of the history and current events in WPB made it very easy for us to make our plans for the day. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!

Stayed On: 7/2008 We stayed at the Casa Grandview over the last weekend, and were so impressed with our stay. We stayed in the South Beach Deco, and loved everything about it - we decided the bed might have been the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Everything has been thought of - nice robes, a kitchen stocked with breakfast items, a stocked medicine cabinet with items one might have forgotten. Cheryl was so helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. I would recommend this b&b to anyone!

Stayed On: 5/2008 We stayed at the Luxurious South Deco we had a wonderful stay, everyone was very pleasant. The prices were very reasonable, it was worth every penny. The resort was really comfortable, very clean, and well stocked with everything that we needed through out our entire stay. It was the best vacation We have had in a long time because of the service alone. When we were leaving Cheryl also was our personal photographer. Stayed On: 3/2008 I had a great experience! My cottage was wonderful. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. It was like having a second home. Cheryl has thought of everything!! You have coffee, orange juice, cereal, and fresh fruit to eat in the morning, a paper delivered to your door, and you can fall asleep to gentle outdoor breezes. It's close to shopping, the art museum, downtown, and restaurants. Being in a beautiful tropical historic neighborhood is definitely a plus, especially if you are traveling alone. Once you've stayed here, it's the only place you will stay in Palm Beach.

“Great Experience & Beautiful Décor” Miami, FL A couple of friends and I stayed at Casa Grandview for New Years Eve. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. We were impressed with the little touches such as reading books and fresh muffins. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. It was a couple minutes from Clematis Street which was very convenient. There was a Key West feel which allowed us to feel very relaxed and have a good time BBQ’ing and hanging out. Best of all, the beds are amazing!!! I definitely would recommend a stay here. Great for young adults, romantic getaways, and business trips.

“A Gem in West Palm Beach” Dade County, FL My girlfriend and I spent New Year's Eve 2009 at Casa Grandview in West Palm Beach. Upon arrival we were cheerfully greeted by the owners Cheryl and Kirk Grantham. Kirk even gave me a tour of City Place in his car without me asking. The property is made up of small cottages and homes. It is within walking distance from the beautiful shops and restaurants of City Place. There are a few pools on the property and it is surrounded by lush greenery. Our one bedroom cottage was exquisitely decorated with designer furniture, bedding and tableware. The cottage was well-accented with a large TV, stereo, couches and even candles. The refrigerator and pantry was stocked with many goodies such as bottled water, coffee and snacks. The cottage was immaculate! We also toured many of the other cottages as each has a different motif...some were larger than others, some were modern and others were more colonial...all were “homey” with a special touch. It was the perfect getaway from the daily grind and big hotels. For intimate vacations, larger family reunions or just getting together with friends, Casa Grandview offers luxurious and friendly accommodations at a reasonable price. “Wonderful stay with a toddlerý” Cincinnati, OH Casa Grandview is the kind of place that you hesitate to post a review about - because you want to keep the secret for yourself!!! We stumbled across the Casa Grandview website during a desperate search for a place to stay over Christmas week. We were traveling with our 18 month-old, so wanted a kitchen and plenty of room for us to settle in and feel at home when he went down for the night. What a glorious find! The family we were visiting in Florida wanted to stay with us too! The photos don't do the property justice, and Cheryl and Kirk were magnificent. There's so much to say about this property - I could go on and on. They have everything you could need. We borrowed beach chairs, an umbrella and even toys for our son. The neighborhood was perfect for morning strolls, and the park that is one block away was a huge hit. We loved being around the corner from two groceries, lots of restaurants, and I-95. Plus, the beach was just a 5 minute drive away. We could not imagine a better stay. The condo was set up with a pack and play, a high-chair, plenty of munchies for breakfast and tons of books. We loved feeling like we had our own apartment. We are already thinking about a repeat trip next December. Don't miss this wonderful experience.

“Lush & Lovely...and something differentý” New York City My husband and I stayed here for a few days in August and were very pleasantly surprised. These well-kept cottages/homes were beautifully landscaped, expensively furnished and downright pretty. Some classy touches: high-end appliances and antiques, a big HD-TV with lots of channels, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen and tropical-island-style gardens. Arguably, there’s a big drawback: a non-beach location in West Palm. But we ended up using the beach at the pricier Breakers Resort, about three miles away. (We had booked spa and waterside restaurant reservations there.) The Casa Grandview was within walking distance of an upscale mall and multiplex. The owners’ presence on the property did give it a B&B vibe, whereas we usually prefer hotels. But the owners were gracious and professional and the cottages are private. They were also spotlessly clean, and decorated at a taste level way above the “shabby chic” style common in tropical-area home rentals. These were luxurious homes in a very pretty “historic district” neighborhood. We would definitely go again.

“A Home Away from Homeý” Columbus, OH We stayed at Casa Grandview for a week- me, my husband & our toddler. It was truly a little hidden paradise. The hosts were so sweet & accommodating- I found this especially nice since we were traveling w/our small child- they provided a crib, high chair & pool toys. Everything was top notch- the kitchen in our cottage was very well equipped, there were mountains of plush towels, the place was immaculate, they even had the medicine cabinets stocked w/ toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. Upon arrival our fridge was stocked w/organic juice, milk, soda, muffins, etc. This is the perfect place to stay if you want the space & freedom of renting a vacation home but the security of having staff on site. The grounds are amazing. Every cottage was rented the week we were there & yet we rarely ran into anyone- & when we did we found everyone to be as blissfully content as we were. “A most fantastic stay” Baku, Moscow ý Shelly Markoff & Katya, arriving from Moscow...The only problem with our visit to the Casa Grandview was that the two weeks we spent there were not long enough. Cheryl and Kirk Grantham are the most excellent hosts...well, they go quite a bit beyond that...they and their wonderful family became our friends, always there to offer help, directions and advice. The homes themselves were nothing short of magnificent, a home away from home, although I could only wish my abode in Azerbaijan were as nice as the homes offered by the Grantham family. My wife and I only get to the States once each year and we've stayed at other places in the area. Casa Grandview, no matter which of the properties you might take, is far and above anywhere we've stayed before and we can only hope that this year passes quickly so we can return and visit the friends we made, the wonderful Grantham’s.

“Awesome Jungle Bungalowý” Virginia I stayed in one of the homes at Casa Grandview for over three months. It was my home away from home while working in West Palm Beach. I travel extensively for my job so I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I believe Casa Grandview is absolutely awesome. The owners have decorated the homes with the utmost in good taste. The home I stayed in is a one room suite with a King Size pedestal bed. The ambience of the room is serene and relaxing. There's even a Jacuzzi tub. There are two pools, an outdoor hot tub and outdoor grill area. There are several hammocks around the grounds for a nice nap. I nick named the home "The Jungle Bungalow" because the entrance is very private with tropical plants and trees that create a jungle effect. If you have the chance to stay at the Casa Grandview, you will not be disappointed. Date of Stay: July 2008
“Paradise” Sparta, NJ If you are looking to get away to a little piece of heaven then Casa Grandview is it. We were in Florida for a wedding and didn't want just a hotel room. Did we ever make the right choice! We were a party of six and felt like we found our own private oasis. The grounds are gorgeous and the cottages outstanding. We stayed at Casa Grandview's Key West and Bahamas Breeze cottages and absolutely loved them! Everything about them was top notch - furniture, linens, stocked refrigerator, toiletries - they thought of absolutely everything. The pools were beautiful as well. We were close to the beach and City Center. My only question is when can we return!

“Great Place!” Chicago, IL We just stayed at their lovely inn. We were in one of the apartments. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and was so comfortable! The location was perfect and we would definitely stay there again. The inn keepers went out of their way so that your stay was pleasant. The bed and linens were top notch, as was the towels and there were even robes. The food and the drinks upon arrival were a very nice touch. “Charming Key West Cottage” Florida In July, my two daughters and I decided to get away for a mother - daughter weekend. We were assigned the Key West Cottage, one of several completely renovated cottages on the property. To say it was charming is an understatement. Everything was top notch from the bed linens, furnishings, and several flat screen TVs to a completely stocked - for- breakfast kitchen. We were a short drive from City Place, Palm Beach and the former Henry Flagler mansion, Whitehall, and really enjoyed exploring them all. Would I go back? --- in a heartbeat!!

“Great Place to Stay on Business” Greenwich, CT I travel on business in Palm Beach all the time and needed a hotel near city place. Casa Grandview fits the bill. It is part hotel and part private house. I stayed in a 2 bed room suite which was like a large very well appointed apartment. The owner of Casa could not be any nicer. She took care of all our needs and runs a great place to stay. Date of Stay: December 2008

“Wonderful Properties” Baton Rouge, LA- Casa Grandview is a true home away from home. I stayed there for four months while on assignment in West Palm Beach. The facilities have wonderful home like touches - not sterile like the typical corporate apartment. Cheryl and her staff provide a personal touch. I highly recommend Casa Grandview to the corporate businessman/woman who is looking for an extended stay place in the West Palm Beach area.
