Studio "Cutter" units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa (all in 1 room).
1 bedroom "Sloop" units (maximum occupancy 3) have 1 bath, 1 double bed, and 1 queen murphy bed.
1 bedroom "Schooner" and "Brigantine" units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa, and 2 bunk-style beds.
2 bedroom "Clipper" units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa.
For guests 22 years of age/or older, a US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. All guests 19-21 years old must pay a US$200 deposit per person.
Unless accompanied by an adult, any guest checking-in must be at least 21 years old.
After guests have departed and the unit is inspected, credit card slips will be shredded.
Any cash deposits will be returned approximately 10-14 days after check-out and unit inspection.
