Property Information
Silver Dunes Duplex is nestled among the sugar white sands of Fort Morgan. Off the beaten path between the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, the Fort Morgan Peninsula offers privacy, but easy access to area attractions. Situated in the Morgantown Subdivision, this duplex is approximately 15 miles west of Gulf Shores and has access to a swimming pool and tennis courts located within the subdivision. Silver Dunes is also conveniently located to 2 of this area's finest golf courses. The main floor of this home features the Gulf-side living room and dining room along with the kitchen, laundry room and a full-size bath. The main floor also features a Gulf-side covered deck. The ground level offers covered parking and a separate hot/cold shower.
Each side of this duplex offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bedding to accommodate 12 people per side. The large master suite is located on the south end of the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed with a private bath. The master bath includes a garden tub, double vanity marble countertops and a separate shower. The master bedroom, along with another south end bedroom, has a separate balcony entrance. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with three of the bedrooms sharing a common bath.

| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
