Property Information
A 2 level penthouse on the Blvd. Kukulcan at Km 9.1, near the center of Punta Cancun, next to the Forum shopping center of the Hard Rock Cafe, near Carlos and Charlie's, the Rain Forest, Daddyo's, and Hooters. There are two beds, a king and a full, with a downstairs full sofa sleeper and futon, sleeps 4 upstairs and 2-3 downstairs,up to 7. Walk out the lobby to the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony of the beautiful Caribbean ocean. Only a short 25 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes into the city of Cancun, or drive the Mayan coastline to Playa del Carmen, to catch the ferry boat to Cozumel, or further down to Tulum to see the Mayan ruins. Golf is nearby, at Pok Ta Pok golf club, a Robert Trent Jones course meandering along the lagoon and the Caribbean, and further South is a Jack Nicklaus course, on the lagoon side. There is a kiosk at the condo for making plans for excursions to Isla Mujeres, and Xcaret, and Chichen-itza.

Rental rates: The rental rates vary with the seasons and availability. Low seasons with decreased occupancy allow for negotiated rates. Please send via email your proposed rate, as all requests are entertained, but not all requests are accepted. Thanks. Add $10 per person per night to above rates.

Daily maid service per day.
1. A $200.00 US deposit for 30 days. After 30 days no refund. 8 weeks before arrival full payment.
2. A Security deposit for damage of $100 fully refundable
Each unit is prepared for occupancy during the hours of noon to 4 pm. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures are for noon. If the room is ready before this time you can occupy earlier on the day of arrival, at the discretion of the front desk. Luggage can be kept in the lobby till the room is prepared. There are two beach towels per room per day from 9 am till 3 pm, with return. I have another unit next door, PH3A, that can be rented together with this one to accommodate larger groups.

Bedroom 1 - 1 King, 1 Double, 2 Sleep Sofa /Futon
There is a king size bed and a double bed in the upper level. The lower level has a sofa
sleeper that is a double and a futon sleeper that makes into a bed by pulling out the lower
level and raising it. This also makes it into a lounge chair.
Beach Towels are provided by the rental unit. Each unit can have two and can be changed
each day. Available from 9-3. Maid service is provided. Rooms are also cleaned before
arrival and are available at 4 pm. Check out is at 12 noon. Changes in these times can be
arranged at the desk and are subject to availability. Luggage can be left in the lobby until
room availability upon early arrival. |
