Spread over an area of 1500 square feet and featuring a private courtyard and two bedrooms in the upper level and a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bathroom with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings in the lower level, this townhouse rental in Phoenix, Arizona can be the perfect home-away-from-home for as many as six people.

The home was entirely remodeled and furnished in a very comfortable traditional style. As you take a short tour of the townhouse, you will find yourself becoming enamored with the entire décor.
The lower level houses the living room, where you will find the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the company of your family and friends, with amenities such as a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and CD player with surround sound system stereo. There is a separate dining room for formal dinners and for informal meals, you can make use of the breakfast bar in the full-equipped kitchen or step-out to the well-furnished courtyard for enjoying a casual lunch or a romantic dinner.
As you proceed upstairs, you will find the master bedroom suite, which opens up to a deck; a guest bedroom; and a reading loft featuring a cathedral ceiling and numerous windows. The upper level also has a large bathroom featuring a garden tub and double sinks. Both the bedrooms have TV and DVDs for you to enjoy movies in the privacy of your bedroom.
