Property Activities
Fine dining within easy reach
If you are planning to dine out, then you will find yourself within easy reach of numerous 5-Star restaurants such as Cafe L'europe for French cuisine. We would also recommend a visit to the Ta-boó, a very popular spot for both lunch and dinner. An American Bistro and Bar located at Worth Avenue, the Ta-boó boasts a continental menu consisting of mainly seafood and steaks; an interior decorated with a cheerful, tropical motif of antique wood paneling and colorful ocean murals; and a roll-away roof that enables you dine under star-strewn skies. A highly coveted dining establishment, the Ta-boó doubles as a fun spot where you can stop for a drink, dance away the night, and rub shoulders with the who’s who of Palm Beach.
Mark’s City Place is yet another popular dining establishment in West Palm Beach. Located at South Rosemary Avenue, this restaurant is one of the four establishments opened by Chef Mark Militello. Established in December, 2000, Mark’s City Place boasts a décor made of natural materials chosen for their textural qualities and a menu that changes according to the availability of natural ingredients at the local marketplace.
You can enjoy mouth-watering delicacies such as the crab-crusted grouper, Chinese-barbecued pork, prosciutto-wrapped salmon, oak-grilled NY strip, and ginger and shoyu-marinated Chilean sea bass amid interiors made up of sleek woods, dry-stacked stone, sculptural iron ribbons that climb columns, coppery fabric ceiling baffles, and a mosaic-tiled exhibition kitchen. You can also enjoy the specialty rolls including the bakudan maki, which combines crisp shrimp with grilled pineapple and baby arugula and an unexpected selection of excellent sushi, besides other dishes such as pastas, salads, pizzas, and a wealth of starters. Excellent outdoor dining facilities and an elevated lounge area furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a television are the other features of Mark’s City Place.
If it is Italian cuisine, that you favor, then drive over to BICE Ristorante, the Bice eatery in Worth Avenue, Palm Beach. Located in the Historic Addison Misner Villa, the Bice Ristorante boasts both outdoor and indoor dining and the best Italian cuisine in Palm Beach.
There is so much that can be enjoyed during your stay in this West Palm Beach vacation home that you may find yourself running short of time and thinking of extending your stay or returning for your next vacation. |
