A maximum of two trained pets are permitted in the pet friendly properties. Upon management’s approval, a $200 non-refundable pet fee will be required for pet stays. Pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that may be necessary due to pets. Guests who violate this policy will be immediately evicted with forfeiture of all payments received. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the beaches without a special permit from Walton County.
