Terrific ground floor lakefront condo with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, central a/c, washer/dryer, deck/patio with a gas grill, cable tv/vcr/dvd (with movies!) BD#1-King with bath, BD#2-2 twins, BD#3-TW bunk. Sleeps 6 max. HEATED swimming pool at the complex. No dock space included. Arrangements for boat dockage can be made next door for an additional fee. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. This property offers Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance for $151.03 per week during the summer season, not included in below rate.
