An open kitchen, family room and living room combine to provide you plenty of room to relax. Outside you can lounge around in the HEATED lagoon style pool or lay out on the sun deck, in this oversized desert-landscaped private backyard. During the winter months, you can enjoy the cool evenings in the 7 person hot tub next to the pool. The home sleeps 6-8 guests and can be used for vacation rental as well as corporate housing and temporary housing. This phoenix vacation home now features a King bed in the completely remodeled master bedroom.
This Phoenix vacation rental now has high speed internet with a new Dell Desktop computer. Modem can also support 2 wireless connections.
This home is located in southeast Phoenix within the exclusive community of Ahwatukee, just minutes from everything. Several golf courses are nearby as well as two major shopping malls (Chandler Fashion Center and Arizona Mills Outlet Mall). Hike South Mountain or take a bike ride, the activities are endless.
This property is 3 minutes off the I-10 freeway, just south of Chandler Blvd, in Phoenix (85048). Located approximately 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

"Phoenix is not an obvious vacation destination for us Brits. In fact when we told our friends where we were off to their reactions ranged from surprised to thinking we were frankly eccentric. However, Phoenix in general and this house in Ahwatukee in particular made for a great family vacation.
The house is much bigger and better equipped than any thing you would be able to rent in Europe for the same money. I can think of nothing that we needed that wasn't supplied but if you should, the owner is quick to answer any queries and deal with any problems. (The internet was running slow when we were there and he got it fixed the same day we mentioned it in passing.)
The house is light and airy,decorated and furnished in a neutral, comfortable fashion which whilst it is smart and clean does not put you on edge about what damage the children might cause during the course of a normal family holiday!
I think it is important to realise that this property is situated on a residential estate which means supermarkets, drugstores, cinemas,restaurants,malls etc are all close by but traditional tourist ammenities are not on your doorstep. (You will struggle to find somewhere selling postcards for example). That is not to say that there isn't loads to do in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We have been to Phoenix 3 times now and have been entertained, educated and amazed each time. Museums, waterparks, ballgames and incredible desert scenary are all within easy reach of this property but you will need a car and a good tourist guide. (I'd reccommend Dorling Kindersley.)
A big attraction for us is the Arizona weather and this house and its pool and yard is just perfect for making the most of the sun and heat. Eating your breakfast by the pool in April, when you know back home they are dodging rain showers and even snow, makes for a very satisfying experience!!
