Property Information
Our resort is located on 6 acres with a heated pool and private beach. We offer motel units, suites with kitchens, cottages, and 1,3,& 4 Bedroom homes all with air-conditioning and cable TV. We have a fish cleaning station and a freezer for the Fishing enthusiasts, with ample boat and trailer parking. Come enjoy personal hospitality in a tranquil atmosphere, and discover the shores of Lake Erie, at the Plantation Motel. RV pads 50 & 30 amp available. We have wireless internet but you have to go up by the pool/main building to connect. We hope to add a booster this year so the signal will go all the way to the lake.
Additional Rate Information
Seasonal rates, 8.5% tax on rentals, $12 a pet per night on rooms, $12 a pet per night on homes, Half payment for a deposit requested on home rentals. 3 day cancellation notice on rooms, 2 week cancellation on homes.
