Living Area
Whale View is a unique Oregon Coast Condominium vacation rental. It features two living areas in one beautiful and restful space. The vaulted ceilings and skylights of this magnificent oceanfront condo will raise your spirits while the carefully selected furnishings relax and comfort you. Large and light, the main living area of this luxury oceanside vacation rental features a wet bar, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace,, and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the ocean breaking against the rocks just below you. Whale watching may be a prime attraction in Depoe Bay (and it's great from this third floor viewpoint), but whales are not the only thing to watch in Whale View. The place was beautiful! It was quiet ... except for the lulling sound of the waves on the rocks below. We visit the Oregon coast many times but have yet to have such a relaxing experience as this. The accommodations were exceptional, and we found ourselves staying in every chance we got. Our anniversary dinner at Spanish Head was nice, but the sunsets we saw from our own dining room was much more. I am glad I came across your site, because we will definitely do this again! This was such a great place to come and relax – couldn’t have been at a better time. My husband and I found out we are expecting our first child and my parents were able to come and visit! We can’t wait to come back so our parents can visit with their new grand baby!!
What an exquisite place! The amenities are superb – we feel pampered in every way – and, of course, the ocean! It has been a marvelous weather week of sunshine, little wind, and highs in the 60’s. We have enjoyed gulls, cormorants, and sea lions daily. On Friday, we hit the jackpot in terms of ocean action – several flocks of pelicans, a coast guard rescue practice of moving a litter basket from helicopter to moving boat, the “world” condo cruise ship as it left its stay in Portland, and at the end of the day, a lone whale paused to fish for a half-hour about 50-100 yards straight out from the condo! A most relaxing time! We’ll be back!
We felt very relaxed and rested in this impressive getaway. This was the frosting on the cake to our well-needed family reunion/vacation. Nature delighted us with whales and sea lions, rock, flowers, and waves.
We all had the best time. The view was wonderful. We saw whales almost everyday. It was great! Saw some seals too. It was nice, quiet, and peaceful. We got to relax, and the kids kept busy at the Club House. It’s so hard to leave. Thank you.

Oh my goodness this is a place to get your soul back in balance. It is kormorants, looking like loons riding the rough shore break-diving to resurface in the white foam. It is seals bobbing their heads here and there. It is seagulls regularly skipping along the waves. It is watching whales spout on their way home. The sighs and sounds of all that is right about our world is experienced from this cozy, enchanting villa which pampers and comforts with every imaginable amenity.

Wow! This is a beautifully decorated place. We were married on the 26th, and this was the perfect honeymoon! The furnishings are far better than most hotels that charge for more. It was very relaxing and fun to sit and watch the waves from the hot tub or chairs. There was a storm our last night here! It was awesome seeing the massive waves impact the shore. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends about it. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.
