Kihei Beach is a moderately sized six story beachfront property located in North Kihei. It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for its romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, oceanfront pool area, gas barbecues, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais, complimentary high-speed internet service and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali'i Resorts.
Special Features: Unit 603 at the Kihei Beach is a top floor unit that features a extra "shared lanai" off the units private lanai area. This area is comfortable for lounging, sunning or just enjoying a unobstructed sunset view from high atop the Kihei Beach property.
From August 1st, 2022 to approximately October 7th, 2022 the elevator at Kihei Beach will be shut down for replacement. Upper floors (2nd-6th) will only be accessible by stairs for our guests, owners.
