All linens are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. The living room has a piano and fireplace. The dining room is just off the kitchen and living room. There is a TV with cable, VCR, stereo, alarm clock. Upstairs has a Queen bedroom, a 2nd Queen bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with a single twin in each. There is a futon on the sunporch as well. The downstairs bathroom has a tub only, no shower. The upstairs bath has a tub shower combo. There really isn't a back yard to this home. This home has parking for 2 cars only; NO PETS - NO SMOKING - MUST BE 25 TO RENT
