BATHROOMS: There is a ¾ bath in the hallway and the primary bedroom has an ensuite ¾ bathroom. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

COMMUNITY POOL: The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your stay falls within that period, you will have access to the community pool which is conveniently located a 5-minute walk down the road. Pass is required.

NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.
