Max occupancy 61 Queen2 FullThis adorable split level unit sleeps a total of 6 and is downtown, very close to the convention center, beach, shopping, restaurants, and arcade. The kitchen includes oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot. The living room has gas fireplace, cable TV with premium channel package, VCR/DVD. The dining area is right off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms all with brand new comfortable beds, one with a queen, the other with two double beds. All linens and towels are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). Beach toys and games are provided as well as portable chairs to take to the beach. The location is ideal as well as the price! Great for a family, 2 couples, Wireless internet access and pet friendly (up to 2 dogs, no cats please) with permission and $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet. The pet fee will be added after the reservation has been confirmed and it has been determined that the pet is approved. Parking for 2 cars (this unit). STREET PARKING IS MANDATORY AT THIS LOCATION. THERE IS NO PRIVIATE PARKING INCLUDED MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY. The back yard, washing machine and dryer are not included with this rental
