Strategically located inside Cabo Del Sol, one of the most exclusive golf and resort communities in Los Cabos and 10 minutes away from downtown San Lucas, this location allows you to be close to the activity, but far enough away that you can enjoy a tranquil setting to relax with your family and friends. This stunning villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms while allowing up to 22 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends, and corporate retreats. 

This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa is both spacious and inclusive. From the moment you step foot in the house, you feel like royalty.  As you walk through the immense double-door entryway, you are greeted by an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Along with the villa's 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless. The interior design of this villa is nothing short of spectacular and will make you feel right at home.

As you move outside, the scenery will take your breath away. The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accommodate large gatherings. A beautiful pool lies just outside the living room making it effortless to go from indoor living to outdoor activities. Casa Brooks outdoor area also boasts a large fire pit with seating for at least 16 people, making this villa stand out in many ways. The expansive ocean view also includes a private cove circling the lighthouse point where you may be able to see whales breach, when in season.

Your trip will be complete with a personal concierge, daily butler, and daily housekeeping service. For times you don't want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of nearby restaurants at Sheraton Grand Hotel or hire one of our incredible private chefs. Casa Brooks will be something to write home about, but be careful because once you're here, you might never want to leave.

One of the things our guests love about Casa Brooks is the platinum level of service they receive. With respect to maintaining our expected level of service, we will require a second butler on groups over 15 guests for an additional charge of $150/night, applied after booking.

* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

~ FAQ ~ 

Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa? 
A: Yes!  We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events.  An additional night's stay will be required as an "event fee".  This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security, and permits within the HOA. 

Q: Can you walk to the beach? 
A: The beach is a 10-15 min walk or 4-5 min golf cart ride.

Q: What does the Butler do? 
A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seamless.  From helping with luggage to making drinks to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also help work the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning and help with meal service.
