I thought the site was beautiful. But I think there were a few issues. We had wasps inside the house(and property management had someone come out that night-he went to the wrong house so when he finally got there it was dark and hard to see where the wasps were but he did vacumn the best he could. When we woke up the next morning there were still 5 wasps in the house -and I am alergic to bee stings. Our fireplace did not work and we asked the tech to check it -he did get it working but went out 5 minutes after he left. We could not get the buttom floor door to lock. The lower level bathroom had a sliver of soap and no tissues only the main level had those items. Not accustom when staying in these properties that I have to bring my own soap and tissues

Thank you for leaving a review of your recent stay at Riverside Reflections. During the fall, it is common for wasps to look for a warm spot then try to get out of the house. Items to bring are listed in our management agreement, while we do leave a starter supply of hand soap, paper towels and toliet paper it is stated that you need to bring extra. There are instructions on how to operate the bottom floor door lock. You have to lift up on the handle then turn lock. The gas logs were checked after your stay and were cleaned. They are operational at this time. We do hope you will stay with us again.

From the breathtaking views to the cozy cabin feel with everything you need for the home away from home, Riverside Reflections is the perfect find! The house was pristine, well-stocked, and cozy. We loved it so much that we immediately booked a second stay for the next month! It's the perfect spot in between West Jefferson and Sparta, with lots of nearby attractions - although I didn't really want to leave the porch. It's so quiet and peaceful - but sounds like a nature preserve with all the birds!
