We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us. We are delighted to introduce this plantation studio at the Kapa'a Sands! A plantation-type studio with 464 sq. ft. (364 lot area plus 100 sq.ft. lanai). As you browse through the pictures of this enchanting oceanfront property, we hope you will perceive, and feel as we do, that Kapa'a Sands is indeed a very unique and special place to stay when you visit the Garden Isle. The lush tropical ambiance and tranquil setting of this delightful ground-floor studio are simply unsurpassed anywhere on Kauai. The ocean view from inside and on your lanai is simply magnificent. Having a full kitchen including a dishwasher is unique in itself in any ocean view studio on Kaua'i and is indeed ideal for longer stays. Nestled in a private cove near Kapa'a town with its own beach, K Sands, as it is known by its many repeat guests, is said to have both a mystical and magical charm. At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf as the trade winds often softly blow in and on many mornings, the sun, like a giant orange beach ball, rises up on the horizon out of a thousand miles of open ocean. NO AC in the unit. Full kitchen. Important: This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
