Property Description

It’s Lake Time somewhere and this is the original Lake Time house! Remodeled and updated in 2021, this house is the perfect vacation rental with over 300 feet of shoreline! Featuring 3 levels of living space with fantastic views from all levels and abundant outdoor space in a semi private setting that makes this the perfect house to bring the family for some fun in the sun. New for 2024, a 4th bedroom has been added to the main entry level and is be appointed with a king bed and single futon! The upper level offers the lakeview master suite with a private bath, a king bed, a trundle bed opening into 2 twin beds and a small lakeview workspace. The middle (entry) level, most of which is lakeview, offers the 2nd bedroom furnished with another King bed, the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with Cuisinart countertop appliances and seating for 18 people inside at 2 dining room tables and the breakfast bar. The main level also offers a Bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers. We are just getting started as we move to the lower lakeview level, or “the Kid's Zone”, which offers another large living area, a Foosball table, pool table, and the 3rd bedroom furnished with 2 twin over queen bunk beds. The sectional in the lower living area folds out to two queen beds with enough space to sleep 5 or 6 kids. To make it easy on you, this allows for up to 21 heads in beds and makes this the perfect vacation house for 2 or 3 families to enjoy this awesome lake home, thus the name “Lake Time”! Both the middle and lower levels have large flat screen TVs (65" & 75") with Spectrum cable and are accompanied by large spanning lakeview decks overlooking the water complete with a large BBQ grill, corn hole and several sets of patio furniture offering plenty of seating for everyone. The boat dock offers 2 boat slips, 12' X 36' and 10' X 35', 2 kayaks, a paddle boat and a lily pad and a large swim platform with a picnic table for some “Lake Time” fun in the sun. There is plenty of parking for up to 6 cars and enough space for your boat trailer as well. This house has high speed Wifi throughout.  This home is in an ideal location at the 4 mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Downing Branch Cove, a no-wake cove and one of the best for recreation and relaxation, close to restaurants, bars and shopping on and off the water. Both Four Seasons golf courses are just around the corner. Boat rentals, the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, grocery stores and all the lake area attractions are just minutes away.
