Property Information
"Lakeridge", a spacious two-story 1800 sq. ft. town home located in a tranquil park-like setting, will provide a memorable home for your stay in Reno. "Lakeridge" is also on the 4th hole of the beautiful Lakeridge Golf Course. A pond with fountain is directly across the street.
This home provides two generous master suites. One has a King bed, a rock wood/gas fireplace, and an enormous garden tub with double shower. The other bedroom has a Queen bed, four person sauna, and a large garden tub with picture window in the bathroom. The washer/dryer are also located on the second floor.
Downstairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining room quite spacious and comfortable. There is also a half bathroom and another rock fireplace. Other amenities include a one car garage and a private patio with small hot tub, outdoor dining, and a gas barbeque.
We are certain you will find this an ideal home, with beautiful serene surroundings, and perfect for smaller groups.

Regular prices: (two night minimum)

$675.00 three nights*
$575.00 two nights* (Sorry, but due to increased costs, we have had to raise our rates for two night stays.)
Special Event prices: (3 night minimum)
(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st):
$1,825.00 per week*
$825.00 three nights*
*Prices do not include the $100 cleaning fee for each stay, or the 12% local room tax we are required to charge on stays under 28 days. We also require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).
