Property Description

La Playa Luna is a family sized home on the beachfront in Tierra Del Mar. This comfortable, relaxing home is a perfect spot to enjoy amazing oceanfront views. The upstairs great room is spacious and leads directly only the oceanfront deck. The Tierra Del Mar beach seems is an amazingly secluded long stretch of open sand, and borders the gorgeous Sitka Sedge State Natural Area. The home has 4 large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and decks on every side of the house.

2 level home. Split level entry. Upstairs has great room with oceanfront dining, living and kitchen. Master bedroom has king bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom with queen bed . 3rd bedroom with queen bed . Full hall bath. Downstairs has den with TV, bedroom with double bed and twin bed . Full hall bath. Large garage.

Neighborhood:
Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
