With five separate seating areas, the open lanai will likely be your group's favorite gathering place—from morning coffees and casual lunches between adventures, to sunset dinners at an 8-foot table and after-dinner cocktails from the wet bar. The living room Bluray DVD player is also network enabled. It is connected to internet and can play Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

The swimming pool awaits just past the covered lanai if the sun gets too hot or the evening breeze too cool.  Back inside, this vacation rental home features a thoughtfully decorated living area/Great Room, a full gourmet kitchen, and a feast-worthy dining table under statement lighting. Fill the table with a fresh meal prepared in the spacious, stainless kitchen with dual ovens, a hooded gas range, a granite center island and a striking view of sunset. 

Find travertine floors throughout the living area, as well as an impeccable sense of style that balances just the right amount of whimsy and elegance—like the Big Island itself.  Three of the 5 bedrooms have lanai access and ocean views. Guests who claim the primary wing will be treated to a King bed, an ocean-view bedroom with a lanai, a walk-in closet with built-ins, and three unforgettable options for getting ready in the morning: a private, outdoor lava rock shower, an indoor shower, or a soak in an ocean-view garden tub.
 
The 2nd primary suite has a King bed, a private, covered lanai, a gorgeous ocean view and its own full bath. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 Extra Long Twin that can be converted to a King bed for a fee and upon request, and share a nearby full bath with bedroom 4 that has a Queen bed. Two more guests can claim the standalone guest quarters, which are separated from the main house by a one-car garage that is equipped with a King bed and also include a private outdoor area all its own.

Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home; they do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
