This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is one of the few in the complex that does NOT require using stairs to access it. Casa De Emdeko is an oceanfront condo complex located on Alii Drive just 2 miles from downtown Kona. This popular complex features two swimming pools, an ocean front man made beach and a common are to include Gas BBQ Grills dining tables and a covered cabana. One pool is on the ocean's edge and a second chlorine pool is located mid way through the property. There is a beautifully manicured courtyard area with a wide variety of tropical plants, trees, flowers and water features. The Kona Coast offers something for everyone! Whether you are into golf, sight-seeing, hiking, water activities - there are an endless number of adventures waiting for you! Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.
The kitchen and second door access to the bathroom help make it unique. The cal king-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper-sofa, AC, fans throughout, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, two TV's (in both the living room and the bedroom) and free WIFI will help make it your home away from home. Relax on the lanai with its garden and ocean views.
