It is located next to the World Famous Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort where you can swim with the dolphins. The actual villa is approximately 1200 square feet and is appointed with luxurious furnishings. This condo is a spacious 2 bedroom condo and is located next to the 18th Fairway of the Beach course.

High Season - Dec. 18th to April 15th, June 11th to Sept. 15th every year:
3-4 Nights = $175.00
5-6 Nights = $165.00
7-10 Nights = $150.00

Low Season - Sept. 16th to Dec. 17th, April 16th to June 10th every year:
3-4 Nights = $165.00
5-6 Nights = $155.00
7-10 Nights = $140.00
11+ Nights = $130.00
Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
