This updated villa is sure to please. Featuring 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 2.5 baths and sleeping 6, the whole family will love spending time here. Dataw Island is a gated, golf-centric community with historic ruins, oak lined roadways, and perfectly manicured lawns. The island is only 10 miles from Beaufort, 10 miles from Parris Island, and 10 miles from Hunting Island State Park. All of the island amenities such as golf, restaurants, fitness center, plus indoor and outdoor community pools are all accessible to you as our guest.

This home offers one bedroom on the ground floor with a king bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom is on the second floor and it also features a king sized bed but offers the best view of the tidal creek through large panoramic windows. There are also sliding doors which open up to survey the great room below. The bonus room is also located on the second floor and doubles as a movie room. It features two twin beds which are low to the floor and a large screen TV with DVD and surround sound capabilities. There is a door for privacy. There is one bathroom upstairs which is shared by the two bedrooms.

You'll feel at home as you lounge in the great room in one of the comfortable couches or as you prepare meals for the family in the full sized and updated kitchen. The dining area will seat the family but there is also the option of sitting in one of the two bar stools provided as well.

Each room has cable TV and WIFI is included as well for those guests who need to conduct business or just enjoy streaming video. The living room TV also is equipped with a Chromecast device to allow you to show streaming video on the TV.

Spend some time on the back porch watching wildlife from one of the deck chairs and while you're at it, throw some burgers on the gas grill which is included for your convenience. From the nice wooden floors to the updated appliances, the quality of the updates to this home will have you saying, this "Shore Beats Working"!

This home is pet-friendly for an additional pet fee $150. Please note that there is maximum parking for two cars.
