Property Information
Charming, immaculate, two-bedroom, one and a half bath cottage. Centrally located on the Cape in a quiet community in South Yarmouth, just two miles from Hyannis.
The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The larger bedroom has one king bed, the smaller bedroom has two twin beds. Sofa bed in the livingroom downstairs.
There's a 2nd story deck with a glider and a patio with outdoor dining table, awning and large umbrella. Charcoal grill available for guest use. Nice lawn for lounging, cooking out or lawn games (bocce, badminton and horshoes are provided).
Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hot-air popcorn popper and lots of pots, pans and tableware.
Fans are provided.
Cable TV in larger bedroom and living room. DVD and VCRs. Phones restricted to credit card and collect calls.
Guests supply own linens and towels. Washer/dryer in cottage.
Five people maximum. Strictly non-smoking inside and out. Small pets considered ...

Cottage is a 15 minute walk to the beach. Closest beach is Thacher Park Beach (free parking). Then Seaview and Parkers Beaches. Beach permit stickers for car(s) can be purchased at the beach $10 for a day pass, $40 for a weekly pass (per car). Rates subject to change.
