PENTHOUSE #4 (sleeps 8):
Two levels with ocean frontage views and large balconies overlooking the Caribbean. Bedroom 1 has two new pillowtop twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, a private bath room, and a large ocean-view balcony with hammock. Bedroom 2 has a lagoon view, private bathroom, 2 twin beds and a trundle bed which sleeps 2. The main level has kitchen, a third bathroom, and sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more adults. |

Guests at this beachfront condo can work up a sweat at our tennis court or soccer field and then cool off at one of our two sparkling pools with plenty of lounge chairs to work on your Cancun tan. Our pools are located right on the Caribbean, not behind the building on the busy street. One pool is shallow for small children, while the other pool is deep enough for serious swimmers.
The La Iguana Restaurant is located next to the lower pool. It serves a full menu breakfast or lunch as well as snacks and drinks. Full service bar with service to you at the pool or even to you on the sandy beaches.
Don't forget to book an awe inspiring trip to the archaeological ruins at Chichen Itza, or a combination jungle tour and snorkeling trip at Girasol's front desk. |

All 3 were well worth the time. Rent a car and go on your own to Tulum & Xel Ha. Try to get to Xel Ha before lunch to enhoy the full day there. Bring sun hats to visit the ruins! El Pescador in town was very nice and good prices. El Mortero just up the road was great for Mexican food. Argentine Steak House was excellent! HAVE FUN!"

"Our group had such a great time at the condo. The Weese's condos are the most cared for in the whole complex. They are decorated and painted very nicely with plenty of room and beds. The views from the balconies of the downtown area and the ocean are amazing and the location is the best in Cancun. The Condos are located right on the beach with pools downstairs and every important bar/club in the city is within walking distance. This is a big deal because nighttime traffic is awful and our group never had to worry about leaving early to go out at night."
