Ok, if you must, it is close enough to enjoy all the wonderful things to do in our Smoky Mountain area. Everyone staying on Douglas Lake can have two vacations in one. In fact, staying on the lake here is often taking the place of the family beach trip!

This home is under 5 miles from I-40. When you arrive in this quiet location, you will find a carport perfect for your bass boat or car. If you are bringing motorcycles, kayaks, etc., there is a small attached garage for you to conveniently store your toys and gear.

The home has year-round water and is an easy walk to the lake front every season. During the summer, the community boat ramp is usable just a few doors down! This home is located between Swann's Marina and Dandridge Point. Boat rentals can be found here as well.

When you walk into this home, you will see all the hard work the new owners have put into making this a beautiful vacation choice.
