Plenty of space to play catch with a baseball or football, play volleyball, horse shoes, or to have a family reunion or large group gathering.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sites of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) with the family and go boating, fishing or jet skiing or even relax after a day at Cedar Point or Put-in-Bay.

Unit #1 - Our waterfront house (Unit #1) now has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, furnace, laundry room, living room, kitchen, covered patio, 2 full beds, a queen bed, futon and a full pullout sofa and sleeps a maximum of 12. Great view of Lake Erie from family room.

Unit #2 - Our waterfront cottage (Unit #2) now has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, kitchen, 1 Queen Size bed, 1 full-size bed, 2 full futons, and sleeps a maximum of 8. New kitchen cabinets, counter top, range/oven, microwave, bathroom, carpet, etc. for the 2007 season. Also has air conditioning and a great view of Lake Erie from the family room.

Unit #3 - Our newly renovated cottage (Unit #3) has 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed, a twin bed, one full bathroom, full kitchen, and a combination living room and sleep area with two full futons and sleeps maximum of 7. New interior throughout, including new kitchen cabinets, counter top, range/oven, microwave, bathroom, carpet, etc. Also has air conditioning and a great view of Lake Erie from the family room.

Unit #5 - Our New Ranch House has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This new house Sleeps up to a maximum of 12. It has a large open kitchen and dinette area that opens up to the large family room. It has a large open kitchen and dinette area that opens up to the large family room. New throughout. Central A/C and a furnance. Has 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, 1 day bed (made up of 2 twin size beds), 2 queen size sofa couches, and 1 additional traditional couch.

All of our units have air conditioning, cable TV, Cable, VRC, DVD and are fully furnished with cooking utensils, stoves, refrigerators and gas grills.
