This spacious 8 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house is available year-round. Child friendly, it includes a baby gate, crib, pack n play, booster seat & high chair. Each bedroom has a fan & a CD player / dual alarm clock. Outside there is parking for six cars, a landscaped front yard & a small back yard adjacent to the brook. A security deposit of $500 is required.

GARDEN LEVEL:
The lower level has double sliding doors to the back yard & brook off of a large open living area / game room with sunken fireplaced living area. Other rooms on this level include laundry room, darts & foosball room, exercise room, sauna, TV room & full bathroom.
*The 8' oak pool table is adjacent to the sunken fireplace /seating area and double sliders to the back yard and brook. There are also a cordless phone, TV and stereo. Sauna entry is on the left.
*The 7' air hockey table is located next to the wet bar (with blender, fridge/freezer and sink). This area of the game room is lined with lighted mirrored brick arches.
*The dart room offers a digital "talking" dart board. In this room are also a papasan chair and two bar stools with cafe table.
*The mirrored exercise room has a Soloflex, a digital bike w/book and cup holders, an exercise ball, soft weights, an exercise mat, a yoga mat and four yoga blocks. The sauna is also on this level.
*The downstairs TV room has a sectional with double recliners, two down throws and a 27" TV (with a Playstation 2 and DVD player).
*There is a full bathroom located on the garden level, as well as a laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR:
Large double wooden doors open off of the front entry porch into the main living area. This level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, central fireplace viewable from all 4 sides, king master bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom & a large covered back deck.
*The spacious kitchen (with granite counters, convection oven, microwave, fridge with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker) has a convenient pass through to the living area.
*The dining area with built-in hutch seats 16 at two octagonal wood tables. In the closet are a highchair, booster seat, ironing board and iron.
*The living room (with large sectional sofa, three down throws, 32" TV, stereo, VCR/DVD player & cordless phone / answering machine) connects to the back deck through sliders. Above on the balcony is a cozy reading nook.
*A full bathrooom is located next to the kitchen and living room.
*The king master bedroom is located off of the kitchen and offers its own private full bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR:
The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom & full bathroom.
*The spacious queen master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the front lawn, a private attached full bathroom and a cordless phone.
