Beautiful Courtyard Villa in the new gated community of Sonoran Foothills. Brand new home beautifully and comfortably furnished. Very large kitchen opens to a delightful flagstone patio with a gas firepit. The living room is furnished with a 50" high definition flat screen LCD TV. The master bedroom has french doors that open to a private balcony perfect for watching the hot air balloons pass by while enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom also offers a high definition flat screen LCD TV. The secondary bedrooms are comfortably furnished. One with a queen bed, the other a full size. They are adjoined by a Jack and Jill full size bath. We also have numerous items available for families with infants/toddlers such as a pack and play for sleeping, feeding chair and toys.
Located just West of North Scottsdale, our private, gated community inside Sonoran Foothills is called Desert Sierra. It offers its own community pool and hot tub a very short walk out the front door. Also, a play ground for the young, energetic ones. The Sonoran Foothills Community Center has yet another community pool with a kids pool (both heated), splash fountain,
playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball. All within walking distance or a two minute car ride if you prefer.
The location is perfect for all the day trips you might enjoy while visiting Arizona. Lake Pleasant is 10-15 minutes away. Cave Creek is only 15 minutes, Carefree and North Scottsdale about 20 minutes. Quick access to I17 will take you north to the unbelievably beautiful scenery of Sedona, Jerome, the Grand Canyon and many other amazing places Arizona offers. Sky Harbor International Airport is 30-45 minutes depending on time of day.
The Cave Creek Recreational Area is a short 10 minute ride and offers horseback riding, hiking, picnic areas and playground.
The Phoenix/Scottsdale area has amazing shopping and fabulous dining in abundance! If big sporting events are what you enjoy, we've got them all. Come in January to see the Fiesta Bowl, Phoenix Open or the Barrett Jackson Car Auction.

$500.00 security deposit required to hold reservation, fully refundable assuming no damage, theft or excessive cleaning needed. Cleaning fee of $150.00. Total rent and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival date. Monthly cleaning service will be provided for extended stays. If cancellation occurs within 30 days from arrival date, security deposit is forfeited.
