The ''Chatham Retreat'' is clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Available for year-round vacation rentals, it has winter water views and a fireplace. Quiet neighborhood, lovely yard with flagstone patio. Recommended for parties up to 5 or 6.
A beautiful, long, secluded beach on Nantucket Sound is a scenic 5-minute walk away. Visit "Heaven's Hill" and enjoy the spectacular water views with 75 acres of conservation land, located a stone's throw from our property.
Just a short walk to tennis courts, playground and one of the smallest public libraries in New England. Bring you laptop... WIFI access at local cafe that is within walking distance!
