Hull/Nantasket Beach (Pemberton Pier)Located just 2 miles from the House, with access to a bus route, Ferry schedule runs 10 times daily. If you are traveling M-F in the late afternoon, and like the thought of paying $1.25 for an adult for a bus ride to the House.

Off season rate are very affordable if you compare my rates to any hotels our price are way cheaper especially during the holidays. Plus we don't charge tax.Any Beach Front Hotel will charge $189.99 plus tax and room tax for a Direct Ocean Front Room and their deck is very small their room is only 300 sq ft and sleep max 4 people plus $9.99/day for wifi.Our house/condo can sleep 12 people plus its 1400 sq ft and fully furnished with 50" Plama,34 Ft Deck,full kitchen, free wifi and cable, for only $200/nt off Season rate.
