Welcome to Casa Caribe Azul. This newly completed
two bedroom/two bath Cozumel Condo is in,
undeniably, one of the most prime locations in
Cozumel. The view is stunning. Observe it from your
own private ocean level terrace!
Stepping through the front door, you can't help but be
astonished by the panorama of impossibly blue
turquoise waters that can be viewed through the sliding
glass doors that lead to your private terrace. A perfect
spot to lie in a hammock and enjoy the splendor of the
Caribbean. Step off the terrace and you are at the
beautiful edgeless pool and beach area.
Caribe Azul's spacious living room is adjacent to the
private terrace and can be accessed from both the main
room and the master bedroom.
The Master bedroom is adjacent to the terrace and has
a king size bed with a (Select Comfort/Sleep Number
t/m) mattress. Guest suite beds are Select Comfort as
well. If you have never slept on one of these, you will
not believe how nice it is to be able to customize the
firmness to your own liking. The Radisson hotel chain
now uses Select Comfort exclusively.
Both bedrooms have their own private bath with Granite
countertops, Kohler fixtures and beautiful Mexican tile
throughout.
Casa Caribe Azul is perfectly located. Just south of the
town of San Miguel. There is no car rental needed, as
you are just a few minutes walk to town, excellent
dining and shopping. There is a large grocery store
(similar to a super Wal Mart) one block away.
Convenient to everything and you have the beauty of
the Ocean right in your back yard.
We chose this location after searching for over six
years. We believe that it is the best location in
Cozumel.
For divers, this condo is ideal. Most dive operators will
pick you up at the dock adjacent to the beach. You can
relax on the terrace while awaiting dive boat pick up.
There is an ample rinse tank and well ventilated and
locked storage for wetsuits and gear. Dive tanks are
available next door at the dive shop for shore diving.
Casa Caribe Azul offers a perfect combination of having
all the conveniences at your front door and the
offerings of the Ocean in your back yard.

Everything you will need is provided in the Kitchen. All
new GE appliances, Kohler fixtures, blender, coffee
maker, electric mixer, dish washer, dishes, disposal,
microwave. All the water in the condo is treated with
U.V. purification so it (including the ice) is safe for
consumption. The kitchen has an additional reverse
osmosis filtering system.Cooking Utensils
ProvidedRefrigerator: U.V. purified water fed Ice Maker,
Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker, Catering Available,
The entire pool/beach area is an extension of your
terrace. We are on the ground floor and convenient to
the pool and the ocean. The large, three tiered pool is
heated, something you will really appreciate October
through February.
Beachfront: There are two beaches, one on either side
of the pool, directly in front of the condo. Palapas,
chaise lounges and umbrella tables provided.
Telephone: Three cordless phones - each has two lines
for free long distance and local calls.Free Long
Distance: All long distance calls to the U.S. are free. In
addition, you will be provided with a telephone number
that enables others to call you from anywhere in the
U.S. The cost to them is a U.S. (not International) long
distance call.
Broadband Internet: Very fast wireless connection -
bring your laptop.WiFi (Wireless Internet)

You will love the location. No rental car is needed as
you are close to restaurants and shopping. A large
(mini Walmart type) grocery store is just across the
street. Each bedroom has it's own private bath, water is
purified with U.V. throughout, 24 hour security, rinse
tank, secured dive gear storage, combination safe. Maid
provided six days per week. Dive operators will pick
you up right in front of the condo. Just relax on the
terrace hammock and watch for the boat's arrival.
Swim with the Dolphins, Glass Bottom Boats, Tour the
reefs in a submarine, Deep Sea Fishing, enjoy some of
the best diving in the world. Dune Buggy Tours.
Beautiful, isolated beaches stretch for miles on the
East(wild) side of the island making for a great day trip.
Mayan Ruins. Sunset cruises. Party cruises. Great
