Property Description

Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

THE INSIDE SPACE:

3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs (including the master suite). Also upstairs, we have converted a previous "safe room" to a custom crawl-through/semi-hidden kids bunk room with queen bunks, which we think the kids will love! It is adjoining to the master bath/closet and is a great fit for parents that would like to keep younger children close by. The room can either be entered through the safe room door or through the custom portholes.

The 4th bedroom is downstairs where we converted the office into a bedroom with custom made queen bunk beds. We also have a new foosball table right outside of this space.

All mattresses and bedding are brand new and high-quality!

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

• BEDROOM 1 UPSTAIRS: Master Suite; King Bed, ensuite Master Bath, 55" TV, large walk-in closet. Sleeps 2.

• BEDROOM 2 UPSTAIRS: 2 Twin XL Beds (or can be arranged as king, if requested). Sleeps 2. Shares upstairs full bathroom.

• BEDROOM 3 UPSTAIRS: Queen bed, sleeps 2. Shares upstairs full bathroom.

• BEDROOM 4 (CONVERTED DEN MAIN FLOOR): Custom Queen Bunk, Sleeps 4. Shares downstairs full bathroom. There are mirrored doors that close so the bunk beds are totally private.

• BEDROOM 5 (EXTRA BUNK ROOM UPSTAIRS:) Custom Queen Bunk, Sleeps 4. Shares upstairs full bathroom.

The final breakdown is:

Beds for 12 (count does not include airbeds/pack n plays) 5 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 Twin XL (can be made into a King) or 5 queens. 8 guests can sleep in own bed with no doubling up..

There are 5 brand new flat-screen HDTVs throughout the home and the hi-tech Pioneer sound system unbelievable! We are very child-friendly and happy to provide a high-chair, pack n play, toddler-sized play tables/chairs, and books at no extra charge.

There are custom metal safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs that can be used if needed.

OUTSIDE LIVING:

The lush, resort-like backyard has everything needed to take advantage of the fantastic Scottsdale weather: A pergola with a built-in grill/ice chest and 60" television sits adjacent to an outdoor dining/seating area on one side. The pool is SALINE and heated for year-round enjoyment as well as a brand new 6-person hot tub. There is also an outdoor ping pong table for our guests’ enjoyment. We also have a pool safety fence and can be assembled/disassembled very quickly. This backyard will not disappoint!

The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests

There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want

The home is walking distance to the exclusive shopping and dining. It is also located adjacent to the 27-hole, world-class Golf Course, a beautiful park. Grocery, pharmacy, deli, Starbucks, etc. also just 1/2 mi from home.

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

We charge an extra $30 per day per person for over 8 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, and wear and tear on the property.

50% payment due at time of booking and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software charges. If you cancel after that point, they will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR).
