Aloha and welcome to our Non-Smoking, WIFI, Air Conditioned private one-bedroom cottage/guest home in the prestigious, highly coveted North Shore beach community Immaculate, meticulously maintained, and managed with every detail.

Our location is as good as it gets on the North Shore, hands down Located in a private, secure, gated community in the very heart of the north shore surfing beach area between Waimea Bay & Pipeline whilst tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the beachside of Kamehameha HWY. At the top of the driveway is a 2-mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach less than a 2-minute walk on the other side of the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea, and Foodland Grocery are all within a 10-15 minute walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage. Don't be fooled by other properties stretching the truth on their North Shore/Beach location, this is "EXACTLY" where you want to be.
Traditional Hawaii meets contemporary living in this professionally decorated, vacation retreat with art work from local surf photographer Dave Homcy, Al Furtado, and Jocelyn Ching. Relax in a quiet air conditioning surrounded by elegant teak furnishings from Indonesia, cherry wood kitchen cabinets, vaulted ceilings, and a slate bathroom with vessel stone sink/waterfall faucet, Jacuzzi® bathtub, and Washlet/Bidet. Enjoy a 50" 4K UHD, LCD, SMART TV with High Def Cable TV/Movie channels, Blu-Ray DVD, & BOSE Home Theater System! Listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth from your Tablet, iPod or Smartphone! Large windows throughout the cottage bring in natural light on the first floor. Each window is surrounded by exotic palms/ bamboo, tropical plants offering privacy from surrounding neighbors and a perfect setting for breakfast in the morning as the sun comes up. In 2018 we rebuilt the deck with stainless steel/Brazilian walnut railings for an elegant finish. A full-size stainless steel BBQ with seating for 4 and mauka (mountain) views allow you to eat outside if you prefer and listen to the pounding surf during winter months. Also in 2018, we added a hand-carved Indonesian King sized bed frame/new mattress and put in a Lava Rock Hot/Cold outdoor shower to knock off the sand after a hard day at the beach.

LOCATION and QUALITY, that is what this property is about and why it has drawn us back for the fourth time from the UK for another 2 month stay. A private, secluded and secure position only 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, on the bike path, walking distance to Foodland as well as some exceptional food trucks and a short cycle to all the best that the North Shore has to offer.
The property is uniquely designed, a standout from other rentals. Well maintained and spotlessly clean, it has traditional Hawaiian and Indonesian furniture and furnishings, which blend with state of the art technology and appliances. The owners have constantly upgraded the property on each of our visits, maintaining a high standard of comfort and equipment. From a Bose home theatre system, to wi-fi and blue tooth audio system. We have not found anywhere to beat it.
The owners are the most experienced and obliging homeowners, you might just want to take them home to be your neighbours! Even for frequent visitors like us, they keep on top of new places to visit, eat and explore.
You will be drawn back, again and again, that's the risk you take once you've been!

Private Sunset Beach Cottage
We stayed for 1 month, the cottage was just as advertised, immaculate clean and all the amenities you need for a fabulous vacation on the North Shore. The owners live right next door, they are available for your questions or if you need anything, wonderful friendly hosts. Just look at the photos, read the descriptions and amenities, everything is exactly as described.... Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, laundry, everything you need for a great getaway. Many famous beaches are a few minutes walk or a short bike ride away. Owners are happy to chat and help with directions, advise on places to go, things to see. If we ever get back to North Shore we would happily stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage! Spend a day or two in Waikiki if you must, but don't miss the beaches and waves of the North Shore. We got to see three amazing days of the Pipeline Masters surf contest!

North Shore Gem
I stayed at this rental during a 6 week stay on the North Shore. The rental was clean, quiet and best part was how the owner treated you. He made sure that every detail was taken care of - beach towels, chairs, coolers and bikes. Great location to Hale'iwa, Waimea and Turtle Bay. Food carts everywhere - plenty within walking distance. Teds bakery for great food and pastries, Foodland and a coffee shop. The rental is gated and beach access is only 2 doors away to a huge expanse of sand, ocean and great tide pools. Highly recommend this spot. Mahalo!

Perfect North Shore Rental
This is one of the best places we have rented in 10 plus years of renting condos & villas all over Hawaii. The owners really made the trip for us. They were prompt, welcoming & professional and have this place in tip top shape. It was absolutely spotless. So clean & comfy (and I'm a neat freak). We never even had one bug, ant or mosquito in the house which is almost unheard of in this climate. The windows and screens all work. Rental is behind a locked gate you drive through and the owners live in the main house next door. We fell in love with the place and could have easily stayed another month or two. It's perfect for couples & has all the amenities necessary. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and beautiful. Bedroom is upstairs in a breezy loft, the bed is new and super comfy. We slept so well each night up there, felt like we were in a high end tree house. Gorgeous landscapes and foliage out each window. The lanai is new & perfect to enjoy a meal on & enjoy the trade winds. New gas grill. New washer/dryer and to top it off brand new beach cruisers which we really enjoyed riding on the bike path that goes by all the top beaches up the North Shore. The walk to the best beach was a couple mins & we spent most our time there. We enjoyed watching all the pro surfers & being walking distance to grocery store & food-trucks was a bonus. All the pictures are accurate and it's a top notch rental tucked away from road & traffic. Owners are great hosts & we hope to return asap. :)

This rental property is very nice. It is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time. The location is perfect and the opportunity to be close to the beautiful beach if you are looking for a great North Shore experience. The owners are extremely helpful, they are wonderful people! There are many upgrades on this property that will set you apart from most places. This property is very well maintained. This is our third trip to the island and our first time staying here. We will stay here every time we come back to this beautiful island. I would definitely recommend this property to all of my family and friends! Love it!

A WELCOMING, COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE NORTH SHORE GETAWAY
This is a fantastic property owned and managed by two awesome people! We spoke with the owner almost daily to learn more about the area and get some recommendations. The space was perfect for my wife and I to relax. The location is nicely situated close to surf, beach and amenities yet private and quiet if you need a little R & R out of the sun. We especially enjoyed Waimea Valley Botanical Gardens and Waterfall which is only a few miles away. Overall, highly recommended. Mahalo!

AWESOME SPOT AND HOSTS!
This north shore rental is amazing. The owner really makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bikes are wonderful since there is an awesome bike path just out the door. The location can not be beat. Walking distance to Foodland, great snorkeling and some beautiful waves. The place itself is really well done, and super clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT FOR TWO
We had a fantastic stay in this cottage, which was perfectly located close to the most beautiful beach. The North Shore waves were something that we will never forget, neither the world best surfers, who we saw practicing right in front of us. The house was equipped to perfection, very cozy and functional. And the owner was a very friendly host. We will definitely recommend his house to everybody. It was also easy to drive around, and even Waikiki and Honolulu were not too far off, but the North Shore was a lot of interesting area to stay.
