Property Description

This three bedroom waterfront unit located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road and by water at the 2 mile marker, features a nice view of the water from the screened in deck.

The Master Suite has a king bed, walk in closet and private bath along with access to the deck. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. Open floor plan in the living and dining area with a full kitchen and access to the deck through the living room.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, no smoking and no pets allowed. A 12 x 32 boat slip is included when reserving this unit.

The Falls complex offers 2 outdoor pools, a tennis court and small playground. Also located close to shopping (110 store outlet mall), restaurants (Lil Rizzos, Blue Heron & JJ Twiggs), attractions (Bagnell Dam Strip) and golf (Season's Ridge and Osage National). We have four units at this complex to accommodate small groups of up to 26 guests.
