Property Description

Beautiful home that's been completely renovated. Our four-bedroom house with three bathrooms is perfect for two families. Two master bedrooms, one cal king and one queen-size bed. Two additional children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom.

Open concept kitchen with granite countertops, custom-paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including stove/ovens and microwaves. Also includes refrigerators and dishwashers. The dining room comfortably seats 8 people with additional seating available in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed Internet. All bedrooms have 43" TVs. The home has central heating, air conditioning and a security system.

The queen-sized master suite has access to the game room with a full-size pool table and ping-pong. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, a pack-n'play, highchairs, and boosters. The garage has a full-size washing machine and dryer.

The living room has access to the rear yard. The in-ground swimming pool features outdoor seating, a covered terrace and a Natural Gas barbecue.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANT is 10 at all times (this includes both overnight guests and day visitors). Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. Minimum stay 3 nights. No outside music of any kind per Anaheim code. You must be inside from 10pm to 9am.

Prices include a heated pool that is mandatory up to 82 degrees Fahrenheit.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. If you need to cancel your reservation within 60 days, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
