Property Description

This beautiful, completely remodeled home is perfect for two families. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two master bedrooms with ensuites, one cal-king bed, and one queen bed. Two additional children&#39;s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom.<br />

Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43&#39; TVs. The home has central air and heat.&nbsp;The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />

Access to the game room, which includes ping pong and a full-size pool table, is located through the queen master bedroom. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, a high chair, a pack n&#39; play, and a booster seat. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the garage.&nbsp;<br />

Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard, which includes an in-ground pool with outdoor seating, a covered patio, and a Natural Gas BBQ grill.<br />

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />
