Welcome to the charming Osage Vistas Unit 423! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for a family or group of up to 8 guests. It is located on the bottom floor of the building, meaning there are only 3 steps down from the designated parking spot to the front door.

The cozy living room features a comfortable seating on the couch and loveseat, flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player, and a small electric fireplace. From here, walk out onto the screened-in patio with a 6 top table and scenic view.

The dining area offers a large 6 top table, with an additional chair available if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and stainless steel appliances (updated Spril 2020 - pictures coming soon!), so take a break from eating out for a night and enjoy a homecooked meal!

There is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer located in the hallway to the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom is where you'll want sleep! It features a King sized bed, flatscreen TV with Roku and DVD Player, and a full private bath. Guests will also enjoy a sliding door with access to the screened-in patio.

Bedroom 2 offers a Queen sized bed, flatscreen TV with Roku and DVD Player, with direct access to the guest bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two Twin sized beds and a flatscreen TV with Roku.

Osage Vistas offers 6 outdoor pools, located throughout the complex. You will find several charcoal grilling areas, located mainly around these pools, and one such area is located within walking distance of this unit.

Location is a plus, as Osage Vistas can be found off of Horseshoe Bend Pkwy, close to many dining and shopping options including the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area!
