Property Description

Our four-bedroom house has six bedrooms, and is decorated with a designer style. There is enough room for everyone. Three of the six bedrooms are cal-king masters with ensuites. One bedroom is located on the second level. The three remaining bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed, and two of them have full-over-full bunks for children. These rooms have direct hallway access to the bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD TV.

The main living space has an open concept which is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and stove/oven. The washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen, for guests. The dining room seats ten people, and there are additional chairs at the counter in the kitchen. The family room has a 60" television with DVD player, Time Warner top 250 channels and a DVD player. Wireless high-speed Internet is also available.

The family room opens onto the private rear yard. The heated inground swimming pool features a jacuzzi. We monitor your temperature remotely so that it's on and at the correct temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor dining area, lounging and natural gas BBQ Grill.

The garage game room includes ping-pong and air hockey tables for the kids. Also available are a pack'n play for infants, strollers, and booster seats.

From your own yard, you can watch the fireworks at Disneyland. It is only 15 minutes away. The home has Central Air & Heat.

This house can accommodate up to 14 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 14 people at any given time. Maximum 3 vehicles per driveway No RVs and Trailers. No Outside MusicAccording to city code, outside noise of any kind is not allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00am. You must be inside during this time.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
