Escape to Baldhead Island and enjoy our own little paradise! Keeper's Landing is a charming area in Cape Fear Station. Cape Fear Station has a family-friendly atmosphere with the Commons, the Shoals club, and East Beach, the southernmost point of the East Coast, all located nearby. Our home is professionally decorated and fully stocked for a hassle-free vacation.
The kitchen, dining and living room are all located downstairs in a large open space. One of the two master suites has a King-size bedroom with a bathroom. The second master suite is located upstairs with a King-size bed and private bath. Also, there is a guest bedroom, "the kids pad", with bunk beds, a sleeper couch, and an additional twin bed. A private media room, with a TV and sleeper sofa, is just steps away from the children's room.
We have provided a highchair, pack-and play, and custom-built baby gates at the top of the stairs and bottom. The 2nd floor master bedroom has its own balcony. We also have a large deck that is accessible from the screened-in porch. It's perfect for grilling, or just relaxing! Just around the corner, you can access the community creek. Kayaks are included for your enjoyment.
We have a 4-passenger and a 6-passenger Golf Cart, as well as beach equipment. You can also purchase memberships to the BHI Club and the Shoals Club to enjoy during your visit. We are grateful for our own little paradise and look forward to welcoming you as our guest! We are confident that you will create just as many wonderful moments!

Beautiful home in beautiful location. We loved having the dock nearby and caught crabs twice for dinner. House was comfortable and immaculately clean. Golf carts, fishing/ crabbing gear, beach toys, beach chairs and towels, games, and even some kitchen pantry items made the trip easy and extra fun. Our kids are bigger but noticed a lot of great conveniences for families with younger children, including baby gates, high chair. All around great home for a family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-equipped house. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending an event at the Shoals Club. The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. Having two golf carts is a real plus. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Island Haven had everything we could possibly need and more! The ping pong table was a nice addition for the kids and we used the dock every day. Really appreciated that the house was so well stocked so we could prepare meals at home. The only issue was dead batteries in the remote controls, but we really didn't watch TV much so never even replaced them. We will be back!

We loved the home. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the ping pong table and corn hole. Convenience of bikes and golf carts made getting around the island a breeze! Only wish was that the outdoor shower was free of spiders!

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Haven. The house is really well stocked with everything you need. For the first time I wished I had packed LESS. Tons of beach gear for adults and children, great outdoor spaces to enjoy and the interior is very thoughtful and well designed and decorated. Lovely location near the Marsh which is our personal preference. Kayaking and catching crab are some of our favorites aside from the beach & the club. Perfect getaway!

The home was wonderful! The convenience of the first floor master was a great plus and there was plenty of space to spread out. We had a great time and I loved cooking in a kitchen with so much counter space. I was glad to have such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay on our recent trip to BHI. It's always a pleasure to enjoy nature and the comforts of what feels like home.

This was our second trip to BHI and it was wonderful! The house was beautiful and perfect for us! Very clean and with all amenities you could need! The location wad great, near East Beach and the turtle sanctuary! The bikes were perfect and we spent an entire day using them to explore the island! We will definitely consider staying at Island Haven again!! Thank you!!

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Haven! Very close to the Shoals Club. The quiet road was perfect for the little ones to ride their bikes. BHI Services was very quick to respond with minor issues that came up during our stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Great house, location and accomodations! Everything we could ever need was available at the house. All electronics worked great, pantry had some of the basic items for cooking, everything was super clean, and having access to the marsh dock was an added bonus! Beautiful scenery!

Rented this house for New Year's Eve weekend as overflow for family reunion. Could not have been more impressed as soon as we walked in. The house is spacious, bright, clean, airy, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The floor plan is perfect for entertaining large groups. The large kitchen/great room/dining room is perfect for socializing. The ping pong table on the back porch was the best surprise! We didn't have babies, but the built-in stair gate, baby bathtub, and pack-n-play that are there would be great for families who do.

It barely got over during 35 degrees during our stay, but we still enjoyed our stay thanks to this beautiful house! The house had plenty of sleeping options for our two kids (5 & 2), games galore, was just a short walk to the marsh, and the well-equipped kitchen was great! We're definitely staying here again! Oh, and we always wish we had baby gates in a rental home - this house has them built in at the bottom and top of the stairs! Very thoughtful.

We love coming to Bald Head and this time was no exception! We had a great weekend in our cottage that was close enough to the beach but still felt at home! All the essentials were there so we didn't have to worry about much but enjoying our time! Looking forward to our next trip!

Great house. Two couples, 4 boys (two 10, and two 7). Bunk room for all four to sleep in with separate media room. Two king masters for the adults. Perfect arrangements for this size group. The house had everything you would want. Three weeks after the hurricane they have done a phenomenal job cleaning up the island. Quiet, relaxing, we always love Bald Head.

14 Keepers is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay great. The kitchen has all the necessities including a pantry with spices. We spent a wonderful 3 days in this home just before Christmas. The house is well-appointed and the decor is lovely--not too little, and not too much. Our family of 5 was very comfortable, and there's enough space for privacy when desired or hanging out together. It's about a 2 minute cart ride to the beach, and about 7-10 to the market.

This house is amazing!!! It's well-furnished and SUPER COMFY! We had great family time in the comfortable living room and in the peaceful screened-in porch. Even with a toddler and an infant, I was able to get alone time in the upstairs TV room! Speaking of toddlers, we chose this house because of the kid-friendly features, and we definitely were not disappointed. There was a Pack-n-Play, a high chair, and an infant tube (all of which we have had to lug with us from time to time before). However, the killer feature was the built-in baby gates that kept our toddler and crawler safe and worry free. It was a little too cool to use all the rec gear the house had, but there was all the beach stuff and bicycles a family needs. We were able to walk to the marsh. We weren't planning to buy the club membership, but when we saw how close it was (and found out that it had heated pools), we joined and were able to spend some good time there. Overall, we loved this place and can't recommend it enough!
