We at Beachrentals.mobi LOVE Sunbow Bay for its awesome amenities and affordable prices! This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath unit has been attractively remodeled and decorated. You'll enjoy a large eat-in kitchen, comfortable and attractive furnishings with an updated island vibe, flat-panel TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a large porch with treetop views, full-size in-unit washer & dryer, and easy access to the beautifully maintained grounds and amenities of Sunbow Bay.

On-site amenities include a waterway that's accessible by small boats, a dock for daytime use, a fishing pier reaching far into the bay, tennis courts, two heated swimming pools, a poolside gas grill, and lush, expertly maintained tropical landscaping. Follow flower-lined shell paths when you're in the mood to take in the pleasures of nature, whether you want to watch for dolphins and other aquatic creatures from the pier or catch a glimpse of a bright pink Roseate Spoonbill as she wings her way to Perico Island. Once you're on the Sunbow Bay property, you'll be delighted by the beauty that surrounds you at every turn!

Of course, part of the reason you're in Florida is to visit Anna Maria's fabulous Gulf beaches, and a stay at Sunbow Bay puts you in the perfect position to get there easily! You can easily walk or bike to the Manatee Public Beach, where you'll find a terrific restaurant serving food throughout the day (you can dine in your bathing suit!), a cute beach shop, and shower and restroom facilities. If you'd prefer something a bit quieter, you can access the beach anywhere you'd like up and down our 7.5 miles of white sand beaches.

Other super-convenient features of this location include Publix and CVS right across the street in addition to shops, restaurants, and a stop for our free Island Trolley right at the edge of the complex. You will rarely need your car.

This unit requires a minimum stay of one month, although shorter stays may be arranged under certain conditions. In that instance, although rates for one week are at a premium, weekly rates are discounted for multiple weeks. Please discuss your needs with our staff. Sleeps six in two queen beds and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! We may, however, be able to give you a partial refund under certain conditions. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
