The newly remodeled kitchen features modern appliances, quartz countertops, and island seating—ideal for easy, enjoyable meal preparation. The primary suite offers a king bed, private en suite bathroom, smart TV, and a comfortable reading chair for quiet moments. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with its own TV, while the third bedroom features two extra-long twin beds and a private TV—well-suited for families or groups. A second fully updated bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Outside, enjoy the well-maintained amenities, including a large heated pool overlooking the Gulf, a spacious sun deck with lounge chairs, and access to tennis and pickleball courts. Beach gear and toys are available in the hall closet for added convenience.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.

There is assigned parking for one vehicle and one space for guest (first come/first serve).
