They'll add a non-refundable pet fee to the total price that was quoted to you. (Also, some breeds are excluded due to insurance).

Please note: This home sleeps a total of six people in one king bed, one queen bed, and one hideaway bed. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced by the City of Holmes Beach.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
