Clean, comfortable and charming, the spacious living area includes wood floors, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, with picture windows facing the ever-changing view of the Pacific Ocean. A fenced yard is perfect for families with children or dogs (no cats allowed). The large cedar deck with comfy Adirondack chairs and picnic table offers a tranquil outdoor setting for this delightful retreat. The sunsets from the living room or deck are often breathtaking. This lovely home is only 150 yards from 28 un-interrupted miles of sandy beach. Children and pets are welcome.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, an electric fireplace and ensuite master bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds. All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on one level. The airy, open living room is outfitted with cable TV/VCR/DVD, CD/Tape Player/Radio, extra movies, books, games and toys. The brick wood-burning fireplace is equipped with glass doors.

Sea Nest hardwood floors are reclaimed wood from the Jim Beam Whisky factory in Kentucky, and the beautiful tile work through out the house was done by a famous local artist, Renee’ O’Conner.

Although firewood is not provided, it is available for purchase in many roadside stands and at both local grocery stores.

Fast Free WiFi, 50 to 100mbs (see photos) is available to keep you connected.

The newly remodeled eat-in kitchen (a favorite for our ‘love-to-cook’ guests) is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffeepot, microwave, dishwasher and more. The SeaNest has a gas range and an electric wall oven. Paper products are provided as well as clothes detergent, hand soap, dish soaps, foil and plastic wrap.

Also included is a charcoal grill, yard toys, kites and beach chairs for your enjoyment.
