The home is centrally located in town, across from one of the best family dining seafood restaurants on the peninsula. A block away is mini-golf, go-karts, and an ice cream shop.

Even though you are in the center of town, this home is still quiet and private. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk, and everything else is just steps: Castaways Seafood, Patti's Fish Tacos, Funland, Marshes "Free" Museum, Candy shops, souvenirs shops, the Long Beach pharmacy, bike rentals, and so much more.
