Property Description

Welcome to Adirondack, a unique Bob Timberlake Signature home nestled in the mountainside just minutes from Boone. This gorgeous luxury home, offering more than 7,500 square feet, features massive timbers, long-range views, three stone fireplaces, and fine finishes and architectural details throughout. Like one of Bob Timberlake's paintings, this masterpiece has been lovingly crafted from the highest quality stone, granite, bark, and hardwoods.

Follow paved roads past stone walls and private waterfalls to this magnificent home with breathtaking views. You’ll park in the paver-stone driveway where there’s room for up to 5 vehicles. The grand entryway features double tree-trunk columns on either side supporting a covered entry with just one step up from the parking area, and the ornate door to the home is like something from a castle.

Inside you’ll find yourself in a warm, welcoming great room. A wall of windows stretches to the vaulted, exposed-beam ceiling. Hardwood floors run the length of the main level. A stacked stone floor to ceiling gas log fireplace dominates one side of the room, with a built in flatscreen TV mounted above. Arranged facing the fireplace is a selection of leather furnishings.

The kitchen is any passionate cook’s dream. It’s outfitted with custom cabinets, yards of granite counters including a huge island with a gas stovetop, and stainless steel appliances. Two can eat at the stools at the island, but don’t worry – there’s room for up to 10 at the table through the archway off the kitchen. Also off the kitchen is a laundry room with soaking sink, and a little office space with desk for those who just can’t fully tear themselves away from the office.  The half bath is conveniently on the main floor near the garage entrance.

The oversized primary suite is on the main level. This beautiful room has a spacious feel thanks to the vaulted ceilings. It features a King bed, gas fireplace, and TV as well as sliding doors out to the covered main level deck. The private bathroom has his-and-hers granite vanities, a jetted tub under a window, and a separate tiled shower with rainfall head.

Head upstairs and you’ll find a level designed for a family. There are three rooms up here: one with a King bed, one with a Full bed and a single Twin bed, and one with four single Twin beds, with trundles underneath two of them for total sleeping for 6 in this room. These three rooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

Downstairs is a huge game room with a pool table, foosball table, marble-topped table perfect for cards or board games, another gas log fireplace, flatscreen TV, wet bar, and seating. There are three more sleeping spaces on this level: a Queen suite with a private bath with tub/shower, a King room, and a Queen room. These two rooms share access to a full bath off the hallway with a tiled tub/shower with rainhead.

Step outside from any of the many doors on the main level to enjoy the cool mountain breezes all around you. Cozy up with a glass of lemonade and a good book in the plush patio furniture in the open air section of the deck as you let the beauty of the surrounding mountain forest refresh you. Or, gather together for a meal with your loved ones in the covered outdoor living space featuring a built in gas grill, another gas log fireplace, plumbed in sink and counter prep space, and outdoor dining area.

Adirondack is perfectly located less than 10 minutes from the heart of Boone, and all of the High Country’s wonderful shopping, dining, and attractions are just moments away. Your entire family is sure to cherish the memories made at Adirondack!
