This modern, new construction studio is located in downtown West Jefferson, with easy access to all of the High Country. Walk to the park, library, or the many shopping establishments in town. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space with a queen and three twins. The bathroom has a beautiful pebble floor shower with frameless glass door. The full sized laundry is next to the shower. In the living area, there is comfortable seating and a smart TV, ready for guests to log in with their favourite apps. The kitchen has everything you'll need, with a Keurig to start the day right, and gorgeous quartzite counters.

Outside, the home is on a shaded lot with a nearby home. Enjoy a private hot tub and Solo stove fire pit on a cool, mountain evening!

- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Firewood for the firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with one week's notice. You'll receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundled of firewood and a firestarter for $25/night.
- While the driveway and parking offer easy access, AWD/4WD is needed for all mountain homes in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. 
- Guests returning to Stone House Aerie may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund.
