Additional Notes:
- No Campers, RVs, or Trailers are allowed at the property per neighborhood restrictions- Please note there is an exterior camera which overlooks the driveway, and one to the left of the outside fireplace. There are no other cameras on the premises.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
-4WD or AWD is recommended to access all properties during winter months November-March.
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Repeat guests of Antler Trail Lodge will receive a 5% discount for visiting again!
- Antler Trail Lodge Offers Ample Parking Space In Its Driveway For A Maximum Of Six (6) Vehicles. Parking In The Road Is Prohibited As Per the Neighborhood's Rules. Violators Will Be Fined $500 Plus $250 Per Offending Vehicle.
- Events With Outside Vendors Or Other Large Gatherings Exceeding Fourteen (14) Total People Are Strictly Prohibited At This Property.
